Distance Service Agreement

This agreement is concluded electronically between HammaddePazari Teknoloji A.Ş. and the Member company purchasing membership plans or commission services on the Platform.

1. Parties

Service provider: HammaddePazari Teknoloji A.Ş., İstanbul, Türkiye, Tax office / no.: / , E-mail: destek@hammadde.antwebsoft.com

Customer: the registered Member company identified on the checkout page and in the billing details.

2. Subject

The rights and obligations relating to the provision of the digital services included in the plan chosen by the Customer — monthly or yearly membership, or the commission plan (listings, quotes and offers, deal room, account manager support, etc.) — and the payment of their price.

3. Price and payment

1. Plan prices are shown on the checkout page and the invoice, with or without taxes as stated.
2. Payment is made by credit/debit card (through iyzico, PayTR, Stripe or PayPal) or by bank transfer. For bank transfers the service starts once receipt of the funds has been confirmed.
3. On the commission plan, the fee is calculated using progressive tiers on the verified final value of each completed deal and invoiced after completion.
4. The discount on yearly plans applies only to a yearly period paid in advance.

4. Performance and term

The service starts electronically as soon as payment is confirmed and continues for the chosen period. Auto-renewal can be turned off in account settings before the period ends; the plan then stays active until the end of the period.

5. Right of withdrawal

The Platform serves businesses acting for commercial purposes only; therefore consumer withdrawal rights do not apply. However, if a plan purchased for the first time has not yet been used (no listing published and no deal started), a refund will be considered upon request to destek@hammadde.antwebsoft.com within 14 days.

6. Obligations

• The service provider shall make reasonable efforts to provide the Platform securely and without interruption. Planned maintenance is announced in advance.
• The Customer shall comply with the Terms of Use, provide accurate billing details and pay on time.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement if the other party breaches it. In case of a material breach of the Terms of Use, fees already paid are not refunded.

8. Disputes

This agreement is governed by Turkish law. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Central) have jurisdiction.

9. Effective date

The agreement is concluded when the Customer accepts it electronically on the checkout page. A copy is sent by e-mail and remains available in the account.
